How It Works

Select your preferred size from the available options.

2. Upload Your Photo
Upload the highest-resolution original photo available when placing your order. Clear, well-lit photos with good detail will produce the best results.

3. We Render Your Image
We’ll professionally prepare and render your photograph for inner crystal engraving. Depending on the photograph and selected product, your image will be prepared as a beautiful 2D or dimensional 2.5D design.

4. Approve Your Proof
A digital proof will be sent to you after your image has been rendered and before your crystal is engraved. Please review your proof carefully. Production will begin once approval is received.

5. We Create Your Keepsake
Once approved, your design is precision engraved inside the K9 crystal, creating a permanent image beneath the crystal’s surface.

Photo Guidelines

For the best finished result, please upload the original, highest-resolution version of your photograph whenever possible. Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed social-media images, blurry photographs, or photos where important portions of the subject are cut off.

Don’t worry about removing the background or preparing the image yourself — simply upload your photo and we’ll take it from there.

If we have concerns about the quality or suitability of your submitted image, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Because every crystal is individually personalized, the final appearance may vary slightly depending on the photograph, subject, crystal size, and rendering required. Your digital proof gives you the opportunity to review the rendered design before engraving begins.

Once your proof has been approved and engraving has begun, changes cannot be made to the personalized design.
