These full color UV printed patches are the perfect size for the side or back of hat. They are the perfect compliment to any custom hat. They measure 1.7" w x 1" tall and are backed with only the best, LoneStar Adhesive heat activated adhesive. Application should be done using a hat press taking care not to have the bill or snapback affected by the heat.

Pressing Instructions:

PLEASE READ! All hat presses are different and will have different settings – these are some BASIC guidelines.

Single Platen - For leatherette patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. We suggest pressing at 300°F for 40 seconds.

Dual Platen - Pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. The suggested settings will be 280°F on the top platen and 320°F on bottom platen for 40 seconds.
